What is the standard shipping timeframe for furniture and lighting?
Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Large furniture pieces and delicate lighting fixtures are shipped via white-glove delivery, which typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to addresses within the United States and Canada. For other international inquiries, please contact our concierge team to discuss freight forwarding options.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging and unused condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large furniture items.
Are your products handcrafted?
Yes, many Jamie Young pieces are handcrafted by artisans around the world using unique materials like hand-blown glass, bone inlay, and natural stone, making each piece one-of-a-kind.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has moved to our warehouse for processing or shipping, we are unable to make further changes.
