At Jamie Young Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and lighting purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your selection, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping materials and boxes to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item and confirms it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
